First: Preheat oven to 375
2nd: Mix together in med sized bowl.
1 C. Soft Butter or margarine
1/4 C. Sugar
3/4 C. packed brown sugar
1 sm. box of Instant VanillaPudding
3rd: mix together in large bowl
3 1/2 C. Rolled Oats
1 1/4 C. Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
4th: add to 2nd and 3rd step together in large bowl.
5th: add chips to completed mixture
1 C. Chopped Pecans
1 C. Butterscotch Chips
1 C. of Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bites
1 C. Dark Chocolate Morsels
In a medium bowl, cream together the first four ingredients then add the eggs and mix well.
In a large bowl mix the oats, flour and baking soda. Then add chopped pecans to the oat mixture. Then fold in the butter egg mixture to the large bowl of oats, then mix well with a large spoon.
Next add the last three ingredients ( chips, heath bits, chocolate morsels). now you are ready to roll a teaspoon full in your hand and flatten onto a cookie sheet each cookie a half inch apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or golden brown to your liking.
