Chicken Marsala Recipe
2 Pounds of chicken breasts ( sliced thin)
3/4 c of Mayonnaise
Garlic salt (used generously)
1 Onion chopped
1 container of fresh mushrooms
5 oz of chopped walnuts
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup of white wine
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
Preheated oven to 350 degrees
Take your thinned chicken breasts and douse into the mayonnaise in a bowl. Set evenly into a baking dish then cover with garlic salt. Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Then add olive oil and a pat of butter to a medium heated skillet to sautee’ your mushrooms and chopped onions. Once softened then add the cans of Cream of Mushroom soup.. Stir well. then add one cup of white wine, stir well let heat thru; then, add a Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir heat through.
When chciken is at 25 minutes now add the creamy Marsala sauce to your chicken in the baking pan and bake for ten more minutes.
You now have a delicious Chicken Marsala entree to go with anything sides you desire.
