I am just an average woman who has been through my share of ups an downs. I found myself falling into a very deep depression and needed to do something drastic to pull myself out of it. I started by looking up quotes, mantras, blogs and inspirational books. As soon as I started feeding myself all this positive input, I could see that my life was miraculously changing for the better. I began taking notes on all the steps I was taking so that I could share my progress with others. Not only was my life changing on the inside but people were asking what I was doing and and why I was so happy all of a sudden, so I would tell them what I was doing and they started doing it too.
