Kung Pao Turkey Burgers
Things you’ll need:
Large frying pan
Large mixing bowl
Kung Pao sauce
1 large onion
1 red bell pepper
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 ½ pounds ground turkey
2 table spoons olive oil
Chop all vegetables into small pieces and fry them in the olive oil until soft. Mix with wooden spoon.
Put turkey in mixing bowl and add garlic salt and pepper to your taste. Add Kung Pao sauce to your taste. You can add more on top as they are cooking.
Add vegies to meat and mix with wooden spoon.
Add a little more oil to the frying pan and make patties with your hands. Place them in the frying pan and cook them as you would cook any burger.
Makes approximately 6 juicy burgers.
