These days everything costs so much. Gas has gone up, groceries are crazy high and airline tickets have skyrocketed. But there is something you can do for free to help yourself feel better. But just as a warning, it does take practice. So, what is it you ask? Well it is caring about how you feel. It’s giving yourself permission to be, do and have anything that makes you happy. And being happy is how you create the world you want to live in. And whether you know it or not, we each do live in our own little world. Not one person wants exactly the same things. We all want to live the way it feels best to us. And that is a good thing. No matter what you were taught or told as you were growing up doesn’t matter. When it comes to creating your world, you can do it for free. You can meditate, imagine or visualize whatever you want your world to be like. And the Universe will bring everything you need to make it so. But like I said, you need to practice believing then knowing that you can be, do or have anything you want.
This might seem like nonsense to most people, but for those of us that understand the Law of Attraction, it makes perfect sense. You see, it is the law that creates everything. When you focus on what you want you vibrate toward it. It also works if you focus on what you don’t want. So it is important to pay attention, and make sure you are pointed in the right direction. For example, if you want to attract more money you should imagine what it feels like to have a lot of money. See yourself spending it and living the lavish life it will bring. But if you keep noticing the lack of money, you will keep yourself in an endless loop of want and lack. Or if you are wanting a mate, you need to practice what it feels like to be in a relationship. But if you keep thinking and talking about how lonely you are, that’s all you’ll keep attracting. And like I said, you can imagine or visualize for free. It’s a great tool to meditate as well.
Meditation may seem strange to some people, but there are many ways to do it. You can sit quietly for about fifteen minutes and let your mind be free of thought, or you can find guided meditations on the internet. But no matter how you choose to meditate, it is good and you will benefit from it. And guess what, they’re free.
Now here’s one more thing that can help you achieve the life you want to live, and that is to LOVE. This includes SELF-LOVE and LOVE of all beings. You don’t have to like everyone, but LOVE of the human race as a whole makes life easier and more fun. And again, to LOVE is free. When we hate or feel annoyed at others for the choices they make in their lives, the only one that suffers is yourself. Those people that annoy you or that you hate don’t even know or care what you think. So cut it out. Start paying attention to how you feel and keep working toward feeling good no matter what else is happening around you. Happiness is an inside job, and you are the only one that can choose what you want.
And just so you know, life is supposed to be fun. It is meant to be joyful, and to share that joy with others.
So now that you know you can do it for free, get going. The sooner you start the better your life will be. And that’s good for everyone. And remember there is always great LOVE for you here.
