Vegetable Frittata


Vegetable Frittata Recipe:


Olive Oil

Pad of butter

1- Chicken Bullion Cube

1 cup of chopped vegetables of you choosing. ( or you can make this with about anything you would like; sausage, bacon,shrimp, italian sausage, meatballs, etc)

Minimum of 5 eggs ( 2 eggs per person for the meal)

A little Sea Salt and Pepper

Shredded cheese of your liking

First: prepare your chopped vegetables ( this meal is quick so want to be prepared)

Second warm skillet (with a lid to use later) with some olive oil and a tablespoon of butter

After melted then crumble chicken bullion cube into oil. urn down heat. Mix it in the oil.

Third add you vegetables and saute till soft .

Meanwhile go beat your eggs and add a little sea salt and pepper to the eggs.

Once the veggies are soft, add the beaten eggs. As it cooks you want to lift around edges for the liquid to go to bottom of the pan.

When eggs are not very wet anymore, add lid to pan and change heat to a simmer.

When the egg is done you will add cheese as much as you like then recover pan on simmer. Only take 1-2 minutes. Once cheese is melted remove pan form stove take off lid and let settle for a minute or two.

Now you are ready to cut into wedges and serve. Bon Appetit!
